I was half way through booking an appointment and it said that it was no longer available! Help!
You didn't do anything wrong!
Unfortunately my software will give the appointment to whoever fills out the information the quickest, even if someone else selected the time slot first! This is my ONLY complaint with the booking software I’m using. I’ve contacted the company a couple times and they’re working on the issue!
My schedule fills up very quickly on booking day. I ask that everyone understands that I am only one person and I can only physically do so many appointments in a day. My best advice is that during the next round of booking to have all of your information pre-loaded into your computer with Autofill so that when booking you only have to enter the first letter of your name and the software will do the rest! If you don't know how use AutoFill here are some helpful videos that will show you how. :)
