These policies are non-negotiable and apply equally to everyone. If there truly is an emergency please inform me of the situation and we can arrange a reschedule.

COVID CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULE POLICY
For now, last minute & excessive cancellations due to COVID/exposures will instead be charged a $50 cancellation fee (rather than losing your deposit/free touchup). Please do not use this to take advantage of the situation.❤️
ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
ALL DEPOSITS ARE ONLY ABLE TO BE TRANSFERED TO A NEW APPOINTMENT TIME ONCE, AND ONLY IF THEY ARE RESCHEDULED AT LEAST 24 HOURS BEFORE YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT TIME. If you decide to cancel or reschedule your appointment within less than 24 hours notice you will lose your deposit.
I require a $100 non-refundable deposit to book all appointments. The deposit is an agreement that I will be available and ready and that you will be here at your scheduled appointment time. Your deposit will go towards the full price of your procedure and is not an extra fee.
I do not take deposits for free touchups so if you decide to cancel/reschedule your free touchup with less than 24 hours notice you will lose your free touchup and regular appointment pricing will apply.
Deposits expire after 6 months. I will not hold onto a deposit without an appointment being scheduled for any longer than 6 months.
Those who attepmt to have deposits refunded or who create an issue with this policy will be refunded and banned from booking indefinitely. I do not have time or energy to waste on people who create problems with policies they have previously agreed to. If the non-refundable deposit seems to be an issue, you will be refunded and then blocked from all booking software meaning that you will not be able to schedule any type of appointment in the future - no questions asked.
LATENESS & CANCELLATIONS
I have a very strict 15-minute late policy. If you are 15+ minutes late to your appointment you will be added to my reschedule list and will have to wait until I reach you to reschedule your appointment. Your deposit will roll over to ONE new appointment. If you are 15+ minutes late to more than one appointment you will lose your deposit or free touchup, whichever applies. I book my days so heavily that being more than 15 minutes late will completely mess up the rest of my day. Example: If you are 16 minutes late to your appointment I will add you to my reschedule list and you will have to wait until the next round of booking for me to contact you and reschedule your appointment.
Each appointment scheduled is permitted ONE reschedule. If you decide to cancel/reschedule any appointment a second time you will have to leave an additional deposit to reschedule (aka an extra cancellation fee).
If you cancel more than 24 hours before your appointment time you may be added to my reschedule list and will not lose your deposit if it's your first reschedule.
Each person is allowed 3 total cancellations, across the board. Constantly cancelling (on one or multiple procedures) adds stress to the booking process and is a waste of time. If you need to cancel additional appointments after having already cancelled 3 (even within the appropriate amount of time) you will no longer be able to schedule appointments with Addison Edge Cosmetics. A cancellation will drop off after being 5 years old. (Example : You cancelled one appointment on June 12th, 2015 it will drop off on June 12th, 2020 and you will then have zero cancellations in your appointment history.)
If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment time you will lose your deposit or free touchup, whichever applies.
To be readded to any waitlist after losing a deposit you have two options :
1. You may leave a new non-refundable deposit that is 50% of your procedure price to be added to my reschedule list.
2. You may be added to the END of whichever waitlist applies, and will have to leave a $200 non-refundable deposit once your appointment is rescheduled.
(If it's a free touchup a $100 non-refundable deposit is required.)
***Remember, you have to cancel your appointment yourself online.***
(Click HERE for instructions on how to cancel an appointment correctly.) Please do not email or message me asking to cancel especially if it's close to the 24 hour mark. I am constantly receiving emails and messages so I may not see it in time - if you find the confirmation email from when you booked your appointment there will be a link at the bottom to cancel! If it is during regular business hours you may call the studio at 812-760-1035. A voicemail, Facebook message or standalone email will never count as an appropriate way to cancel an appointment. Any appointments cancelled incorrectly will be counted as a no call/no show.
NO CALL / NO SHOWS
If you no call/no show to any type of appointment you will forfeit the entire amount of the deposit left and will be banned from scheduling appointments indefinitely. If it's a free touchup, you will lose your free touchup.
No call/no shows are time theft and are taken very seriously.
If I am unable to get ahold of you on two consecutive booking days (ie. you do not answer when I call, call back after I've left a voicemail, OR respond to the multiple emails I will have sent) you will be removed from the waitlist cycle and will have to send a new appointment request to be added to the END of whichever waitlist applies.
If you have booked an appointment and are needing to reschedule you will not lose your deposit (unless you've cancelled the appointment once already) - as long as done at least 24 hours in advance. YOU HAVE TO CANCEL YOUR CURRENT APPOINTMENT YOURSELF VIA THE CANCELLATION LINK IN YOUR APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATION EMAIL and then email me to inform me of the situation. I will add you to my reschedule list! (You HAVE TO email me to request to be added to the reschedule list, you will not be added back into rotation without doing so.) MISC. & HEALTH REQUIREMENTS
Please do not bring children to your appointment. I need you to be focused and calm during your procedure - and I'm sure you want the same from me! If you are unable to find childcare for the duration of your appointment please let me know within the acceptable amount of time before your appointment and we can reschedule! If you bring a child to your appointment you will be added to the end of my reschedule list and will be contacted at a later date to rebook your appointment.
I am unable to tattoo over traumatized skin. Examples include but are not limited to sunburn, blemishes, abrasions, or any abnormalities that can affect the healing process. If you come in on your appointment day and I am unable to tattoo you due to one of the aforementioned you will be added to the end of my reschedule list and will have to wait to get tattooed until the area is healed.
IF YOU ARE SICK, DO NOT COME. Please reschedule your appointment if you are not feeling well. Having any type of body modification (tattoo, piercing, etc.) done while you are not feeling your best will negatively effect the healing process. With microblading the healing process needs to be as quick as your body will allow it so that your skin will grab the pigment as best as it can. Also - I don't want to catch whatever you have! My face will be inches away from your face during most your appointment and even though I wear eye and mouth protection it's still very easy for me to catch whatever you're breathing out. If I get sick I have to cancel multiple appointments which makes my life harder and disappoints those who have to have their appointments cancelled. If you come to your appointment and are obviously sick I will not tattoo you and add you to my reschedule list.
I reserve the right to revoke the free touchup per policy violation or violation of personal boundaries.
Healing is your responsibility. I will do everything I can to ensure an uneventful healing process for you however I cannot control my work once you leave. It is up to you to follow the aftercare guidelines to your best ability. I will supply you a hard copy and they are also available here.
